• What type of steel you’re manufacturing armors?

    To produce our armors, we use 51Crv4 and C45 steel, thicknesses ranging from 0.8mm to 2.5mm. Our production methods ensure repeatability of elements, their appropriate thickness and plastic properties – mainly presses and tire hammers – These working methods allow us to preserve the properties of the steel and prevent it from decarburizing. We harden our products at the Institute of Precision Mechanics in Warsaw, which guarantees the best heat treatment parameters and ensures the safety and durability of our work.

  • Is your products safe with guarantee?

    GS Studio also gives a one-year warranty on its products (any cracks in steel elements). All leather and textile elements, such as belts or brigantine covers, are not covered by the warranty, and any damages resulting from improper use and care.

  • Can I customize my armor?

    We offer several types of finishing for our products: Graphite blackening – this is a coating left after hardening, which, when protected with oil, gives a graphite color, for example in the Slayer set, where it is standard. Polished to a semi-matt finish – this is the surface our Mercanary and Fury sets have. Chemically galvanized – PREMIUM finish, for an additional fee, requiring additional treatments and surface preparation, performed by an external company Tech-�wierk, an expert and the largest contractor in this field in Poland. The surface becomes deep black and perfectly protects the armor against corrosion, giving it an amazing appearance. We also offer various colors of woolen torso protection covers (red, brown, blue, green, yellow, black) and armor straps (brown, red, natural, black, blue) – additional fee of 50 euro

  • How can i order armor from your website?

    In our store you can order complete, suggested sets as well, or individual elements separately - you can also assemble your own set from any elements, but we do not guarantee historical consistency. Then you need to fill up our measurements chart. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and approximate delivery time. Just before production starts, you will be informed by e-mail about the start of production, and e-mail with payment details for the order. GS Studio does not collect or collect personal, address or any other data for purposes other than maintaining production continuity and efficient execution of orders.
